You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. The customer who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for the transaction.

Menu Availability and Burger Condition

We make every effort to ensure our burgers are of the highest quality and freshness. However, specific ingredients, especially those that are seasonal or specialty items, are subject to availability, which may require substitutions of equal or greater value. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation. You are responsible for reporting any issues with the quality, temperature, or condition of your delivered order according to our quality standards.

Fees and Pricing

All menu prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax and delivery fees, which will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed on our website at the time of your order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order. Prices for our menu items are subject to change without notice.

Order Completion and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including any necessary access codes or instructions. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if you are unavailable to accept the delivery. Once a delivery is completed and left at the address, Burger Bliss is no longer liable for the order's condition due to external factors like improper storage or spoilage.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our policy. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made within the 5-minute grace period after confirmation, before order preparation has begun. If you believe your order does not meet our quality standards, you must contact our customer service team within 60 minutes of delivery, with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a review.

Intellectual Property

The Burger Bliss name, logo, unique burger creations, menu item names, food photography, and all related service names and website content are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited license to access and use our website for personal use. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or website content is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct and Liability

Users are responsible for their use of our website. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. Our total liability in connection with any burger or service purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that specific order.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. In the event of any dispute, the courts of New York County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
